Paper Work

For some folks it’s a real drag and I’ll be honest, paper work is still that…work.  And while it’s not as fun as knocking down walls, knowing which walls to knock down without the roof caving is does have its merits.

I can help with some of the planning and design and I’ll go into what I can help with on this page.

After the plan is settled on, you’ll want to know how I’ll provide a quote and what it will cost.  I’ll cover that in the Quotes and Cost Estimates and Bids  page.

You’ll of course decide on Fine Line Builders as your contractor, so … we’ll need to formalize it with a contract.

After you’ve decided on me as your contractor, we’ll have to handle the permits…and on the Permits page I’ll go through some of the things you’ll need to know.

And lastly, I have a letter that I generally provide to my customers on matching finishes that I’ll give to you a little early…

With all this information in mind, you’ll find that some of the work of the paper work isn’t so bad and is something you’re ready to tackle.

And if you’re ready to start…you’ll want to see some of the issues that may come up once work starts.  For that you can go to the “Work In Progress” section.
